So this is kind of spread out through several threads as best I can tell, so I'm making one thread for it. Let's come here to speculate as to why Jon is no longer with the Grumps, why there's apparently bad blood.
Additionally, in other discussions I have seen, People tend to fight over who was better, Jon or Danny. Let's face it, they're both good in different ways, so let's just do what they would want us to do and talk about what features we like from them, and which features we would miss from the other.
(Literally the only picture I could find with both Danny and a little bit of Jon in the lower right.)

I actually didn't even notice Jon there initially haha. You know, you could get a better screencap of them together from this song, but whatever, I'm juz' being nitpicky.
As for the conspiracy, I really don't know much more about the situation than the next guy. It honestly could just be the situation he presented in his farewell video: he wanted to go back to regularly making videos on his old channel and move to New York with his wife to support her. But the fact that Egoraptor doesn't associate much with Jon anymore is really weird; it's almost like he doesn't want to acknowledge he exists - if all that conspiracy with the censored WiiU labels is true. Makes everyone thinks there's something more but all we can do is stipulate. Eh, it's kind of an unfortunate situation for them because it's a private matter with such public consequences.

I kinda lost respect for Arin today when I found out he supports zoe quinn.

@absolutezilch: It seems that Jon wants to leave Grumps behind, and Arin and Barry are doing what they can to make that happen.
Jon was a little bit pissed off on Twitter a couple months back when his Wikipedia page redirected to the Game Grumps page.

absolutezilch Hey Big Zam!
@Parks: Well yeah he does but it's not like he wants to be completely abandoned by all the fans he garnered over the year at Game Grumps. Take this post for example.
Whatever though. I'm sure he must feel a little weirded out that people want him to go back to Game Grumps while he himself is legitimately trying to make his old format work... which is amazing by the way. It's so nice to see JonTron once a month hahah xD

@absolutezilch: Oh yeah, I actually don't super care for many of the the Jon era Grumps, but his solo videos are great. He's both funny and insightful.

They have said on multiple panels that it was fine and Jon moved for his girlfriend and for more opportunities. And after the initial fan backlash they didn't want to bring it up and so new fans wouldn't feel like they were missing a lot of jokes. But people seem to want to think that Jon and Arin now hate each other.

Honestly, this thread is a lot tamer than many of the others I've seen. Bravo, everyone.
I would like to throw out a theory of my own, though it it closer to speculation and wishful thinking. Ross has been absent a bit recently (I know that doesn't mean much, I think he's just at PAX Prime) to make room for more Barry and Suzie, and he recently published that video that knocked the current way that YouTube pays people, saying it strangles creativity, and pointed out how Game Grumps is exactly the kind of show that is optimized for YouTube's payment method. Maybe they're just working in more people and letting Ross go on vacation, or maybe, just maybe, there is a bit of discourse there (wild speculation). Now, if that wild speculation is true, here comes the wishful thinking. Ross goes to RoosterTeeth as an animator/Let's Player. It seems like they are making a somewhat traditionally animated show about X-Ray and Vav, and Ross has been mentioned in a fair number of recent Achievement Hunter videos, being friends with Ray and having known Monty for years. He even wore a RWBY shirt in the video where he posited that YouTube was stifling amateurs, and held up RoosterTeeth as a company that can create new, interesting content in spite of that.
I guess the point of this post would be, "What if Ross left Game Grumps and ended up at RoosterTeeth?"

absolutezilch Hey Big Zam!
@AwYeah: It would be pretty cool if Ross joined RoosterTeeth but I don't know; I kind of like the position he's at because he gets screen time and attention and I feel like he wouldn't get enough screentime at RoosterTeeth. Of course, it's a hypothetical situation so I don't quite know if I'd like it or not.

@AwYeah: That'd would be cool, I think he was busy making video's for his channel when these past few episodes were recorded.

Skip to 10:55. Shoutout to our resident 6/10 Art Guy "TenaciousTuttle"...
I gotta admit, when I watched this five minutes ago, I was like woah freaky coincidence.

Watching everyday still, to this day.

AwYeah @super_legit
@BBurn0: Now I tend to wait till a game is completed, then marathon the whole thing.

@AwYeah:
I need something to watch each day. Haha, I walk alot, and while YouTube uses alot of data, I mostly use it on video anyway.

absolutezilch Hey Big Zam!
Fell off YouTube Lets Plays a while back. Still watch Giant Bomb regularly though.

@absolutezilch:
I'm not too big on Let's Plays in general, but Game Grumps has enough to keep me coming back. And they don't bother with facecam, save for this year's April Fools, which I like. Facecam doesn't generally add anything to a video, it just distracts, save for a few people that it is actually enjoyable with. And the only one of those I can think of off the top of my head is Markiplier. But even then, it bugs me sometimes when it blocks a crucial part of a games UI.

absolutezilch Hey Big Zam!
@BBurn0: I understand the argument for disliking facecam for blocking game elements but I tend not to mind it too much when someone puts it off the game screen, using an overlay on the corners of the video like Giant Bomb does. Ever since I went down the rabbit hole of football, one of my favourite YouTubers is Spencer FC whose content primarily revolves around football/soccer. He does facecams but leaves it 'next' to the gameplay footage, not blocking UI elements. To be fair, I feel like his facecams don't particularly add to my enjoyment of his videos.

@absolutezilch:
There's just so many people that whine and complain about there being no facecam on Game Grumps, but I wouldn't add anything to their jokes at all. It might even detract from them.

@Dante:
I kinda doubt they'll join RT, since RT is part of Maker, and they left Polaris this year because of some of Makers policies.

AwYeah @super_legit
@Parks: What do they say? I'm only like 13 episodes in, so it'll be awhile before I get there

AwYeah @super_legit
@BBurn0: Podcast that had a lot of online animators like PsychicPebbles, Corey Spazkid, formerly Stamper, and some other guys just talk about stuff super twistedly.

absolutezilch Hey Big Zam!
@BBurn0: cast*. It's the animators/voice actors who have made wildly popular animations on YouTube having started out in NewGrounds. You might have heard of some of these guys: Zac (psychicpebbles), Chris (Oney NG), Stamper (StamperTV), Niall, Corey (Spazkid), Mick (Ricepirate) etc. etc.
They usually get guests who are their friends but have an influential online presence e.g. Jontron, Shadman (NSFW Shadbase), Matt and Woolie (from 'Super Best Friends Play'), Nikki, Lyle McDouchebag, Tom Fulp.
TLDR: even if these names mean nothing to you, if you gravitate towards stellar crude humour, you will absolutely love Sleepycast.

I know a bunch of those names. And I said cats on purpose, because they're adorable.

absolutezilch Hey Big Zam!
@BBurn0: Stamper is sporadic on these podcasts from a certain point onwards because he said he's busy working on The Behemoth's 'Pit People'.
