@absolutezilch: As a batman fan and a joker fan, i hate it. I think he looks stupid for one thing. I think the "HAHAHA" tattoos are really really stupid, in general i hate the tattoos, the "Damaged" one in particular. I think he'll do a good enough job that people will change their opinions on it but I doubt I'll like it.

@Alakawaii: I'm not much of a comic book or Batman fan and to be honest, I don't like the look much either. The tattoos are overkill and I hope there's not much focus on them in the movie or that they're not really supposed to be his look and just a fun photo that David Ayer tweeted for Joker's 75th anniversary. The crazed look is OK but I like Leto's voice. People stipulated that this video might be him teasing his Joker voice on stage:
There was another video of him getting angry at a heckler and did this crazy voice that people stipulated might be another 'Joker' line which is a bit less impressive than the cool 'really crazy' voice.
I know Mega64 had a right laugh at that one in their podcast.
I do like his acting though. I don't think he's acted particularly bad in a role before? I may be biased towards him though cuz I used to like his band and suavity. I hear he's not a very nice person though but I hope he acts well. He does seem like he probably could pull it off.
@Parks: Yeah! That's exactly how I felt about the Batman vs Superman trailer! Two people I talked to got excited about it and I thought that there's absolutely not a lot to go on from what they showed...
