Midnight Mike absolutely - SM is a poser, while MM is an evil creature rooted deeply into Mike's soul. It's like the more real, genuine and dark part of his personality.

I don't know much about Swagger Mike, but Midnight Mike I know is dastardly cunning and vicious, so he would probably win

Midnight Mike is an evil bastard and a vicious molester. However, Swagger Mike is just a bitchin' swagged up badass. I think it would be an evil fight but overall The White Knife would fly in with his marinara balls and knock them both out

Somebody should draw a showdown between all of Mike's personalities.
But really, I feel it'd have to be Swagger Mike. Just look at how swag he is.
