Eh, close enough. It's "Pokémon: Diamond" for GBC, a bootleg translation of Telefang 1 Power Version (Speed Version became "Pokémon: Jade"). It's not actually a terrible game, but it is a terrible bootleg.

Yup. Totally underrated game, to bad the company that made it went under. It was their only game, but it was a great one.
