This is a thread for people to discuss one of the most popular fan-fics of all time, Fallout: Equestria. I might sound like a freak here but I actually enjoy reading, and I encourage all of those who haven't read this to do so. It is a bit long ( Around 620,000 words (Should be the 7th longest novel ever written)), and it may not be for everyone. But it gets really good once the ball starts rolling.
Fallout: Equestria
And if you finish that and want more F: Eq then I'd also recommend Fallout: Equestria Project Horizons. A bit longer than the original ( around 945,000 words ( should be the 4th longest novel ever written)) But it is also really good.
Project Horizons
Check em' out!

Replying to jiffylube: That's even better! This story basically just uses the post apocalyptic setting from Fallout. Some plot elements are a little similar but you don't need to play the games to understand. Everything is explained.

Replying to KimmyJ: Sounds good. I'm not into reading but once I start reading something I like I really get into it. It looks really long though, I'll read it some other time but thanks for the suggestion.

Replying to Bello: Eventually we need to discuss it. I have yet to meet someone else who has read it and can talk about it.

While we're on the topic of fan fics, has anyone else here read the MLP/RvB fanfiction?

read the first 3 chapters , eh.
Nothing too grabbing, littlepip ( great name btw) isnt very interesting yet.
Love it how she goes on about "Im not ready to kill someone yet."
BAM! dead raider next chapter.
Also, why is the protag a lesbian?

Replying to walter-white: Littlepip being a lesbian is just the author's choice I guess. Also, I personally think that the story really starts to pick up once Calamity is introduced.

Replying to MadBadCoyote: Yeah you right. I read it over the summer so it wasn't too bad.

Replying to KimmyJ:It's good but way too long also does anyone see the site as a little different.

Replying to Tereall: My favourite part was the battle between Red Eye and the Enclave (Cyberdragon vs Pegasi!) . This is for the hard cover version.

This is not only the longest thing I have ever read but also one of my favourites. I was legitimately sad when I finished reading the whole story just because it was over.

I've read fallout equestria and I can never speak good enough about it. Everything is written so well. The little speeches before each chapter really made me think. The book has made me rethink my opinions on certain topics. I'm going to buy the hard copy as soon as I can. I'm currently reading project horizons and its good as well. All in all, I recommend both highly. All who don't are Gaylords.

Replying to Peter: I feel the same way about it for the most part. The only part I thought wasn't done very well was the death of a certain alicorn hunter. Seemed a little hastily done.

I love Fallout Equestria. It's honestly the best Fanfiction I've ever read. I want to print it out and carry it with me in a little novel. I love it, Littlepip is my Favourite character, and Calamity is very close to my characters that I use in Fallout. It is honestly one of the best written pieces of literature I've ever read. The author deserves recognition for their achievement.
