@Neal:have you used scraggy hes got some op moves and a fire type is useless in every regard

@Bello6: Charmeleon can use Aerial Ace, and is much faster than Scraggy (unless you breed perfection and EV train Scraggy against a normal Charmeleon.). Also A fire type is needed in all the gyms past the third one.
