@LaughingMan9: Excel sound the most appropriate but i am still thinking if we should should do a 'voting' portion for the finale using polls (but will not allow them to see the percentage of the polls after it is done).

Also realized Excel AFTER I made the lists....can copy and paste easily into Google anyway.
I've been thinking about polls outside of the site, and I'm just worried people will vote multiple times and fudge with the numbers. If there is a polling site that only allows one vote per IP, that would be nice. I can't trust you guys with the honors system.
